Artjam – Returns & Refunds Policy

At Artjam, we want you to love your artwork. If your item arrives damaged, faulty, or incorrect, we will work with you to resolve the issue as quickly as possible.

1. Change of Mind Returns

Because our artwork is made-to-order and/or produced in small batches, we do not offer refunds or exchanges for change of mind.

Please choose carefully and check all product details before confirming your order.

2. Damaged, Faulty or Incorrect Items

If your order arrives damaged, faulty, or not as described, you are entitled to a repair, replacement, or refund under the Australian Consumer Law.

To process a claim, please contact us within 7 days of receiving your order and include:

  • Your order number

  • A description of the issue

  • Clear photos of the artwork and packaging

Once approved, we will arrange a replacement or refund at no additional cost to you.

3. Returns Process

If a return is required:

  1. We will provide return instructions and a prepaid shipping label (for eligible claims).

  2. Items must be returned in their original packaging where possible.

  3. Once we receive the returned artwork, your refund or replacement will be processed within 3–7 business days.

4. Non-Returnable Items

We cannot accept returns for:

  • Change of mind

  • Custom artwork or personalised pieces

  • Sale or clearance items (unless faulty)

5. Colour Accuracy & Printing Variations

Please note that colours may vary slightly due to screen settings or printing processes. Minor variations are not considered faults under Australian Consumer Law.
